Death of Lady Fox.
Lady Fox died suddenly at 8 o'clock on Thursday morning at Auckland. . Sir William had been confined to his bed for the past week by severe influenza. Lady Fox was seized at 4 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon and rapidly sank into a '•*" of torpor. After losing her """, t mMt "'^ and expired speech she nfever ram**. t *-, . peacefully and apparently painlessly. She had been vary active for hei 1 age, and enjoyed good health. She had ordered the carriage for Thursn day to attend the Jubilee Kindergarten meeting. According to the views of the deceased and Sir William the interment will be private and no mourning worn. — Press Association.
