Intelligence to hand state 3 that the Germans under Captain Bulow have been defeated in the Mashi territory, and that one gun was lost. Two-thirds of the German forces are reported to have been killed* and Captain Bulow himself was wounded. The Hazara rising is spreading, and it is reported they have obtained the aid of the Cossacks. Russia disclaims any connection with the matter.
