A Horrible Death.

*_ A horrible death is reported in a telegram from Goulburn to a Sydney paper. It appears that as a man was riding through the bush near Snowball, 30 miles from Cow's Flat, a few days ago, he saw a dingo trap, and, on examining it, was

horrified to find the dead body of a man within. The trap was constructed out of a hollow log, with a sliding door. It is supposed that the deceased must have had the trap set and have entered to see if worked all right, and then found that he | could not undo it from the inside. It is supposed, from the appearance of the body, that it must have been in the trap between a week and a fortnight.
