Fat cattle, in short supply-, were steadily competed for at 15s the lOOlbs. The bullocks were large in frame and somewhat coarse as to quality. Sheep — In average numbers. sold freoly at quotations. Fat wethers, 14s 8d to 15s Id ; lighter, 18s 3d to 13s 9d ; fat ewes, 13s to 14s sd. Pigs— Porkers and stores remain at a low ebb, of baconers there were none to hand.
