Information has been received from Captain Lugard, declaring himself to be in extreme danger at Uganda. Reports have been received from West Africa that Consul Johnston has put down the hostile movement in the Fyassa district. Ten Jewesses are being tried at Vilna on the charge of murdering sixty-five new-born babies for the sake of profit. The Spanish Government proposes that judges should try dynamiters without a jury.
A house at Los Angelos, California, crowded with people, was dynamited, and the occupants badly shaken.
