A blizzard is raging from Michi<rnn to Montana. Eailway carg have been thrown off the lines, and 50 persons frozen to death. The < anadian Government endorses Lord Salisbury's attitude with regard to the Behring Sea dispute. By an explosion in a coal mine at Charleroi, Belgium, 300 miners have been entombed. Fifty six have been rescued and it is now believed that two hundred of the men have been killed by the explosion.
