Manawatu Rowing Club.
The following are the entries received and the handicaps declared for the Sculling race for Mr Hunter's Cup .—Nye and Shadbolt, scratch ; ' Jas Symons, 7secs; Cowles, G. Edwards, Potter and Thompson, 12 sees ; Cook, Langley, Blake, and Imrie Usees; McMillan and McLennan, 20secs; W. Stansell, Eure, C. Symons and Foster, 25secs ; Lewis, and Hodgson, 85secs. The first heat will be rowed off during the first week in March and bhe final on the regatta day. v The final for the Club's medals \ will be rowed off -on Thursday next Stansell and Austin against Imrie md McMillan. ■'■> , The entries for the swimming races close on Saturday when. the Handicaps will be declared. A general meeting has been called :or Wednesday at 8 p.m. when it is loped every member will be in atiendance. '
