Definition op a Hack. — A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted), and that is not (U the time oj start, and has not been, durivff the six calender months previous to the time of start, nominated for any race — hack and hunter races crcepted. Nominations for the several Handicap Hack Jtiaces will be received by the Hon. Secretary up till 9 p m. on SATURDAY, 9th January, 1892. Acceptances for Hack Races close with the Hon.
