Definition op a Hack. — A hack is a horse iliat has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted), and that is not at the time oj start* and ha 3 not been, during the six calender vnontlis previous to the time of start, nominated for any raye — hack and hunter races eaicepted. Nominations for the several Handicap Haok Kaceis will be received by the Hon. Secretary up till 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, 9th January, 1892. Acceptances for Hack Eaces close with the Hon. Secretary on the Course at 12 noon, 1.30 p.m., and 3.15 p.m. respectively on race day. Weights for Hack Races will be declared on the 15th January. Stakes paid in full.
