Definition of a Hack. — A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter races exempted), and that is not at the time oj start, and has not been, during the six calendar months previous to the time of start, nominated for any race — hack and hunter races escepted. Nominations for the several Handicap Hack Raced will be received by the Hon. Secretary up till 9 pm. on SATURDAY, 9th January, 1892. A cceptances for Hack Races close with the Hon. Secretary on the Course at 12 noon, 1.30 p.m., an; 5 . ".15 p.m. respectively on race day. Weights for Hack Race:-; will be declared on the 15th January.
