IN order to afford full opportunity to persons and companies of completing returns of land and mortgages for the purposes of the above-mentioned Act, it is hereby notified that such returns will be received by the Commissioner up to the 31st December, 1891, and will be accepted as if they had been received on the 28th November, 1891.
