OTAKI.
In the Wellington province, a ne\r electoral district called Otaki takes the place of the present Hutt districts which disappears altogether. Otaki comprises the Horowhenua county, excepting that portion of the Mount Stewart ridings which lies east of the road from Halcombe to Palmerstoh by way of sections 98, 94 and^ block 18, Orona survey district, to,. > gather with the ridings of Mungaj^fc,' Wainuiomata and Horokiwi, of tHe Hutt county, and that portion of tke Epuni riding situated to the northeast of the road leading northwards from the borough of Lower Hutt, past Eelmont, and up the valley of the Hutt, through sections 5, 425, 208, 428, 431, 336, 435, 484, and 438 to section 486, and via last-mentioned section to Horokiwi riding. This district comprises also the borough of Foxton and Kapiti Island.
