Definition of a Hack. — A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted), and that is not at the time oj start, and has not been, duriny the six calender months previous to the time of start, nominated for any race — hack and hunter races excepted. Nominations for the several Handicap Hack Races will be received by the Hon. Secretary up till 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, s)th January, 1892. Acceptances for Hack Races close with the Hon. Secretary on the Course at 12 noon, 1.30 p.m., and 3.15 p.m. respectively on race day. Weights for Hack Races will be declared on the 15th January. Stakes paid in full. No qualification fee charged.
