The annual reports of other similar Associations show the satisfactory financial results which may be attained by such enterprises, and induces the belief in the minds of the promoters that equally satisfactory results may be achieved in this part of the colony, and while offering « safe investment for capital, tbat tho West Coast Farmer.' Co-Operative Association may become, not only a ponree of profit to its shareholders and constituents, but also a great and permanent benefit to the farme r s, graziers, and producers of the West Coast generally.
