The results of the business for the Fortyfirst Year, ending 31st December, 1889, may be summarised as under : — First— The number of the New Policies issued was 11,664. Second — The new Assurance business effected was for £3,679,459. Thirb— The New Annual Premium Income amounted to £121,800. Fourth — The net increase to the business, after allowing for loss of income from terminated Policies, was represented by 7023 Policies, assuring £2,---io©,i©s>.
