The results of the business for the Fortyfirst Year, ending 81st December,, 1889, may be summarised as under : — Fibst— The number of the New Policies issued was 1.1,664. Second — The new Assuranoe business effected was for £3,6*79,459. Thibb — The New Annual Premium Income amounted to d51Q2.,800. Fodbth — The net increase to the business, after allowing for loss of income from terminated Policies, was represented by 7028 Policies, assuring £2,« i xoe,i9©.
