London. The French cruiser Pinton, which was run on the rocks at Toulon, has been floated off. The report that President Harrison has intervened in favour of the Eussian Jews is denied. Serious frauds, estimated at five million roubles, have been discovered in the accounts of the Deutsche Bank in Berlin. Messrs Dillon and O'Brien have been released from prison. Mr John Dillon was presented with an address on his release from prison. In replying he declared he would not support Mr Parnell as leader of the Irish Party, and would oppose the Liberals unless he was satisfied with their policy respecting Home Rule. In referring to the charges made by Mr Parnell, that the integrity of a large section of the Irish Party had been sapped, he characterised thtm as false and cruelMr O'Brien concurred with Mr Dillon's remarks,
