And In the matter of the petition of Alfred D enry Wylds, of Palmerston North, Importer, praying that the said Company may bo wound up. NOTICE is hereby given that the Resident Magistrate's Court hclden afc Palmerston North, has by an order dated the seventh day of June, 1891, appointed THOMAS FEANCIS GIBSON, of Foxton, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Accountant, to be the Official Liquidator of the above-named Company. And further, that JOHN HERBERT HANKINS, of Palmerston North, be appointed solicitor to the said Liquidator. And further that the Creditors of the abovenamed Compauy shall, on or before the second day of July, 1891, send their cames and addresses and the particulars of their debts and claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the said Thomas Francis Gibson, the (fficial Liquidatox* of the said Company, and if so required l>y notice in writing from the said (fficial Liquidator are by their solicitors to come in and prove the said debts or claims at the Courthouse, Palmerston North, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the beuefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. And further, that the said second day of July, 1891, at the said Court-house, at leu of the clock in the forenoon be the day, time and place for hearing and adjudication upon the said debts and claims if not admitted by the caid Liquidator.
