And In the matter of the petition of Alfred Henry Wylds, of Palmerston North, Importer, praying that the said Company may be wound up. NOTICE is hereby given that the Resident Magistrate's Court holden at P&lmerston North, has by an order dated the seveDth day of June, 1891, appointed THOMAS FRANCIS GIBSON, of Foxton, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Accountant, to be the Official Liquidator of tho above-named Company. And further, that JOHN HERBEST HANKINS, of Palmerston North, be appointed solicitor to the said Liquidator. And further that the Creditors of the abovenamed Company shall, on or before the second day of July, 1891, send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts and claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the said Thomas Francis Gibson, the Official Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required 1-y notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator are by their solicitors to come in and prove the said debts or claims at the Courthouse, Palmerston North, at such time as shall be specified in such notioe, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before snch debts are proved. And further, that the said second day of July, 1891, at the Said Court-house, at ten of the clock in the forenoon be the day, time and place for hearing and adjudication upon the said debts and claims if not admitted by the raid Liquidator.
