* -«* MESSBS F. R. JACKSON AND CO^S JONHSONVITLE BEPOBT. JoHNSONviLLF, May 18. Fat cattle were in lull numbers, and were from above the average quality to prime. Both for steers and cows there was a moderate demand, with prices easier by Is the lOOlbs. Cow beef was v at 18s. A small entry of sheep, niostly ewes, from light to medium, mafle 2scl per lb. Pigs were in average supply, and ranged from stores to medium. The latter sold at improved rates, with an upward tendency.
