The Chilian rebel steamer Itate, which was seized by the United States Government while loading arms in San Diego, in Lower California, has sailed away with the American marshal on board and landed him on the coast. It is expected serious complications will arise in consequence of the refusal of the grand jury to indict the lynchers or take notice of the report.
