MESSRS F. B. JACKSON AND GO'S JOHNSONVILLE REPORT. Jobksonville, April 8. i Fat cattle in average numbers sold freely at last week's rates, the better demand for local stock being very noticeable. A fair number of cows and heifers were included in the entry, and were quickly disposed of at 18s the 100 lbs ; ox beef making 15s 6d. Only light wethers represented the sheep entry, and were well competed for at 2£d per lb. Pigs were plentiful, but declined in value all round, baconers especially realising under vendor's expectation.
