The Manawatu County Coancil, being desirious of raising the sum of £1,750 by way of loan, under the provisions of the above Acts, hereby publicly »oiify'-= 1 The particular public works proposed to be uudertaken are — (a) Forming and metalling the unfinished portion of the Campbelltowntiongburn Boad, and lialf-shate oi constructing the bridge over the Oroua Biver at termination of the said road (Campbell ßiding) ...£l,lOO (b) Metalling unfinished portion of Taipo Awa« huri Boad (Waitohi Biding) 250 (c) Metalling on SandonCarnarvon Boad (Carnarvon and Kawa Kawa Hidings) .. 400 2. The total stlffi proposed to be borrowed for such purposes is £1,750 $. The security proposed to be given for such loan is a • Special Bate of l-12th of a penny in the £, to be levied on the ratable value of all the ratable properties lying within the respective Biding of Campbell, Wnitohi, Carnarvon and Kawa Kawa.
