Foxton Racing Club.
COMMITTEE MEETING. A meeting of the Committee was held at the Club's office last night a'j 8 p.m. Present : — Messrs J. R, Russell (hon. sec.) H. Davidson. W. ]3. Rhodes, E. S. Thynne, Walter G. Robinson and J. H. Robinson. Resolved, That the sum of five pounds be sent to Mr S. Powell for his services as starter at the last meeting. Resolved, That an Autumn Hack Race Meeting be held on the Kauirday following Easter Monday. Resolve, That the programme submitted by the Secretary be approved of, and be sent to the Wanganui Jockey Club for their sanction.
