I NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. IN pursuance of " The Regulation of Electors Act 1881," and '•The E'ectoral Acts Amendment Act, 1890; I Edward Rawson, Beturning Officer of the Electoral District of Palmevston, do hereby give notice tint, l»y virtue of a writ bearing date the sth day of NovemLor, 1899, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, an election vrbl be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said electoral district., and that the ' poll, if necessary, will b« taken at the several polling places of the ' said district on tho sth day of December, 1890. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not leas than two electors of the district, by a nomination-paper at prescribed by section five of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before tho 27th day of November 1890.
