FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. ELECTION OF COUNCILLOR.
EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY. Notice is hereby given that at the nomination for the office of Councillor for the Borough of Foxton, in pace of W. L. Coe resigned. on Friday, the sth day of September, 1890. THOMAS PHILLIPS WILLIAMS was tho only candidate nominated, and as the number of candidates does not exceed the vacancy to be filled, I hereby deolare Thomas Phillip* Williams duly elected to the office of Councillor for the Botough oi Foxton.
