POROUTAWHAO v. FOXTON. (By Dropkiok.) The return match between the above clubs \ came off on Saturday afternoon, and resulted in an easy win'for the dusky team by eight points to nil. Fortunately several of the local men were unable to take part in the game, whicn together with the fact that three ' of the best men (C. Robinson, C. Symons and L. Cole) were knocked out at different stages of the game, daubtless had the effect of spoiling whatever chanoe they may have had. The game needs little description as during the first spell, the play was of a give and take nature, neither side being able to gaip .an advantage, till Tuera got possession of the leather and by a capital • run got 6'teft the Foxton line, scoring first try for his dusky brethren, the ball was placed for Popo who failed to convert it.
