In another column will be found an extract from the evidence of Mr Chinery before tho Flax and other Industries Committee, as well as the report of the Committee to Parliament. In our issue of the 15th instant we gave the particulars of this report, which is only modified from that wo published, by a further subdivision of the £10.000. The report is pra ica ly tho work of Mr J. G. Wilson, aid it is particularly satisfactory to note the well directed efforts he has used to forward so an important an industry, bath for tho Co'ony and his electorate, as hemp milling.
