Lady Dunlo'g relations with Wertheimer were certainly impiudeni, but the theatrical standard was different to that of other ladies. Her. letters to her husband did her credit, and were natural in tone. She ought to have received her husband's pro* tection. The crowd in the street cheered Lady Danlo loudly v sue left the. Court.
