Nutie« is hereby given that a Special Meeting wi.l be he'd at the Conncii Chambers, Sanson, at 2.30 p.m. Tuesday, the sth day of August, 1890, to confirm the following resolution adopted at a Special Meeting on the Bth day of July — 'J hat this Council do now pro' ceed to make the following t' Special Order," to take effVct as from the 14th day of July, 1890, viz. : — " That the Carnarvon - Sanson Tramway, and the Rolling Stock appertaining thereto, more particularly described in the deed hereinafter referred to, together with the right to collect fares and freights thereon, be leased and bailed to Daniel Moore Brooks, of Sanson, lor a term of two years, from the said 14th day of July, at the renta l and under and subject to the terms and conditions set out in a certain deed bearing date the said 14th day of July aud made between the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the Mnnawatu County of the one part and the said Daniel Moore Brooks of ihe other part and that ihe Chairman and Councillor Sanson do affix the common seal of this Council to the said deed."
