Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Sanson, at 2.30 p.m. Tuesday, the sch day of August, 1890, to confirm the following resolution adopted at a Special Meeting on the Bth day of July — 'J hafc this Council do now pro' ceed to make the following *• Special Order," to take effect as from the 14th day of July, 1890, viz. : — " That the Carnarvon - Sanson Tramway, and the Rolling Stock appertaining thereto, more particularly described in the deed hereinafter referred to, together with the right to collect fares and freights thereon, be leased and bailed to Daniel Moore Brooks, of Sanson, for a
