Nutioe is hereby given that a Special Meeting wiil be he!d at the Council Chambers, Sanson, at 2.30 p.m. Tue.day, the sth day of August, 1890. to confirm the following resolution adopted at a Special Meeting on lhe Bth day of July— 'lhat this Council do now pro' ceed to mab© the following '• Speeial Order," to take effect ns from the 14th day of Jnly, 180(), viz, ;— " Tliat the Carnarvon • Sanson Tramway, and the Rolling Stock appertaining thereto, more particularly described in the deed hereinafter referred to, together with the right to collect fares and freights thereon, be leased and bailed to Daniel Moore Brooks, of Sanson, lor a term of two years, from the said 14th day of July, at the rental and under and' subject to the terms and conditions set out in a certain deed bearing date the said 14th day of July and made between the Chairman, Councillors, aud inhabitants of tlie Manawatu County of the one part and the said Daniel Moore Brooks of the other part and that the Chairman and Councillor Sanson do affix the common seal of this Council to the said deed."
