Storage Charges on Flax.

Mr Cock moved at the Harbour Board meeting yesterday (Thursday) that one night's free storage should be given to flax received into store. He explained that his object was to given opportinity for flax being examined without incurring additional cost for storage, which was almost inevitable at present.
