The following resolutions werr assed. That the Banger be instructed to istie summons againtt all home* lolders, who harbour unregistered ioga under Dog Registration Act 880. The Mayor stated that he went iver the Recreation Beserve last reek, and met Mr Walter Robinson here. He produced a sketch of the iterations he suggested. He pro' sosed that a. portion of the fencing should be moved ■on to the Messrs Robinson's property to keep the sand h'll behind the target from blowing away. Ale© that the Reserve oe divided in half, by that portion which was partially fenced and planted, and only the^iorthern half leased. As an outcome of the discus* sion the following resolution waa passed . That teuder*'' he called for fencing work on the Recreation Reserve at Borough Council Office- Tender* to be in by Monday Apiil 14th instant.
