NOTICE, is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held at the Public Library at Foxton on THURSDAY, the 6th of February, 1890, a resolution was adopted making a By-Law defining the words " carts " and " carters " and providing for the licensing and numbering of all carts standing plying or being used or kept for aire, or engaged or employed for hire, or reward for the carriage |of goods either within the Borough or between any pace or places within a distance of five miles from the Borough Boundary, and any place or plaoeo withm the Borough and providing a penalty for every breach of such By-law. The said resolution will be considered by the Council at a meetine to be held at the Public Libraiy aforesaid on, Mou.lay the 10th oMarch 1890 at 8 o'clock in the even ing.
