James Fer- • guson — There being no appearance j of either parties, the case was dis- j missed for want of prosecution. ] Civil. Frank James y. Eparaima Mahauwiti and others — Claim £6 16i Bd. Mr Eay for plaintiff applied for a further adjournment on account of there being no appearance of plaintiff. Eparaima appearing stated that his solicitor had all particulars and the matter had been settled. Ha admitted that the account was correct, but it had been paid. He agreed to the case being- adjourned as applied for. Hori Bangiheua and others t. Frank James— Claim £7 15s Ed. Mr Bay for defendant. No appearance of defendant, E Archer deposed te having done work at grass seed cutting for the defendant.
