No appearance of defendant, E Archer deposed te having done work at grass seed cutting for the defendant. Judgement for amount claimed, costs 17/- Solicitors fee 21/- to be paid at the rate of 16/- a month. Jehn Lawrier. B. H. Hutehisoa— Claim.— £& ss, Mr Ray for plaintiff.
