James Fer- • guson — There being no appearance j of either parties, the case was dis- j missed for want of prosecution. ] Civil. Frank James y. Eparaima Mahauwiti and others — Claim £6 16i Bd. Mr Eay for plaintiff applied for a further adjournment on account of there being no appearance of plaintiff. Eparaima appearing stated that his solicitor had all particulars and the matter had been settled. Ha admitted that the account was correct, but it had been paid. He agreed to the case being- adjourned as applied for. Hori Bangiheua and others t. Frank James— Claim £7 15s Ed. Mr Bay for defendant. This cat* was also adjourned td a further date, of which due notion is to be Riven to all parties. Fred Hadfield r. Kpernia Hekeniu and others.— Claim £8 12s Bd. Mr Bay for plaintiff. Mr Bay applied for an adjourn* ment. Eparamia|objecfced. The adjournment was granted ■übject to the defendants «xpenses. being paid before hearing. H. S Fitzherbert v. S. JR. Davison - Claim £10. ; Mr Gay for plaintiff. Judgement confessed, but the concision not having been made till 4 o'clock yesterday aftentoooo, a solicitor'i fee of 21/- t?at added thereto and judgement enter* V for the amouat confessed with this f*e. Thomas Funslon v. Heta Xg»-tuhi-Claim £11 17« 9d; Mr Bay for Plaintiff. The aoaeunt of debt was axsknowlcdged. Judgement was given for plaintiff for £12 2s 9d being 5/- for interpreter's fee, and coske 39/* Solicitor 21/-.-Edward Archer v. B.jH. Hutchison —Claim £5 ss. Mr Bay for plaintiff . No appearance of defendant, E Archer deposed te having done work at grass seed cutting for the defendant. Judgement for amount claimed, costs 17/- Solicitors fee 21/- to be paid at the rate of 16/- a month. Jehn Lawrier. B. H. Hutehisoa— Claim.— £& ss, Mr Ray for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant Judgement for amount c aimed, costs 17b Solicitors fee 2l«, to be paid at the rate of 15s a month.
