Robert Campbell, to Sell by public auction as above — 6400 Acres of Exceptionally Goob Laud, which has been suiveyed in 52 Farms, varying in size from 51 to 258 acres ; portion being at the Kopani portion, fronting the thriving settlement of Carnpbelltown. 806 facre Sections n Town of Campbell 14 Suburban Sections adjoinng, from about 1£ to 3f acres each. The greater portion of this land was at one time an impregnable swamp, but, at an enormous cost, by a thorough system of drainage has been brought into the highest state of cultivation, and is now fattening land of the very best quality, having an immense depth of the richest soiL On portions of some of the farms, flax is the best description exists, and is now being cut by mills situated on various parts of the property, yielding rents at rate of £14 per stripper per month, and one shilling per acre per week for such drying ground as is taken up by the mills. Purchasers of Farms on which flax is situated will reap pro rata the Lenefit of any flax leases which may exist for cutting flax at time of sale, which will be clearly specified in the Condition of Sale.
