The E.M. after listening to lengthly addresses from the coonsell engaged, said that it appeared unnecessary to go into the question of law raised. He held that tho claim mtde for all the expenses was not reasonable, as the plaintiffs went up to see the land after the sale, aud they were not reasonable charges for breach of sale — The plaintiff is entitled to recover £5 and 8/3 interest, loss of time on attending the execution of agreements stamp thereon 8/6 costs 26/- Solicitor fee 21/- Wit* nesses 5/-.
