Edison, with the North American Phonograph Company, and with the Edison Phonograph Company, by . which the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company acquires the exclusive right to use in dolls and toys figures in *$ countries in the world, and for all time, all of Mr Edison's inventions, whether hithermade or to be made during the coming five years from the date of the contracts. These contracts further assure to this- conjpany very substantial reductions of royalty to he paid by it, and various other valuable considerations. 1 further contract has been made between the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company and Thomas A Edison, by which the entire manufacture of dolls for the trade of the world is now
