Edison, with the North American Phonograph Company, and with the Edison Phonograph Company, by . which the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company acquires the exclusive right to use in dolls and toys figures in *$ countries in the world, and for all time, all of Mr Edison's inventions, whether hithermade or to be made during the coming five years from the date of the contracts.
