Arthur Kruise, John Kruise, and John Turner were charged with furious riding in the Main-street on Sunday. 3rd November. The accused pi aded guilty. The constable called two witnesses who stated they saw nothing unusual. . 'I he Bench fined each accused 5s with 9s costs of fourt. No allowance was made to witnesses.
