(Before J. "VV. Gower and E. S Thynne, Esqs., J.P.'s. Wednesday, 20th November. The hearing of the charge of araou against Mikipeka Tatana was further adjourned to next Wednesday. Arthur Kruise, John Kruise, and John Turner were charged with furious riding in the Main-street on Sunday. 3rd November. The accused pi aded guilty. The constable called two witnesses who stated they saw nothing unusual. . 'I he Bench fined each accused 5s with 9s costs of fourt. No allowance was made to witnesses.
