An average supply o£ fat cattle catue forgard to-day, the quality being good, and the ive ghts lifcht to medium. The better prices of last market were fully maintained. Sheep were in moderate numbers. Shorn wethers showed an easier tendancy. The ambs were penned for the most part inlifferent. Pigs were fairly numerous, and it lower values. Cattle— Bullocks, £5 12s 6d to £6 10s ; iverage, £5 7s 9d and £6 Is. Sheep — Prime shorn wethers, 12s; ithers, 1 0s 4d to 1 1 8 4d ; light weights, 9s 4d at ewes, Bs 9d to 9s lid ; prime lambs, 11s fid ■o lls 9d ; medium, 6s fid to 7s lOd ; inferior, 3s 6d to ss. PigB — Large baconeiv, £2 fis to £2 Ins : jthers, 27s to 36s ; large porkers, 23s 6d ; others, 16s Sd to 19s (id ; stores, 11s 6d to ]Ss 9d ; slips, 9s 6d. Ox beef, 16s the 100 lb ; wether mutton, l|d per lb ; ewe mutton, 1 Ad per lb.
