The enorgetic acting Secretary and Treasurer informs us that a very large Hinount of enthasiasm is being displayed in starting itieclubi as .already about forty five men have become members. A letfcfer was sent asking Mr Wilson, M. H. B. to accept the Presidency 'a'^flf 'the following is the text of" ifhe reply received :— Jfe will give m* great pleasure to become the President of the Koxton Rowing. Club. , .You can put me down a subscriber of £2 .2s. I hope with such a fine "river will be equal to the old o ub wh'fch was at one time invincible.
