My little sister and I went a few nights ago to the Magic Lantea^iifch \MrPatten had for all 'the little children in Foxton. I first saw a large ship where all the pePfif* were getting on board for London. The next, picture was wefce they/ wenp jpn their journey some in a sailing and pilfers in a steamer. The next was were they arrived iii, London showing isome of the streets where thejre waaii lot-. of tranisand -V' •Mr Patten also showed us the view of the * Niagara falls, which was a very beautiful picture, and than he. -showed us many things about the north pole, wjiieh is a very "■cold region. 'Vfe saw were they were pulling- the ship throngh. the ice, rtfad were they* had, a lot of dogs to pull -a sledge over the icehnrg. Dogs are foiind very, useful there to pull the sledges. ; I ' saw' a great many things from the Zoolbgieatsawfena a lot of the animals are not Been .jcittt' here.
