SUDDEN DEATH.

The deceased had for some time been suffering , from fits, and but a few weeks ago visited a hospital, but obtained; no relief, last night he had two or three bad fits, and Mrs Allan was desirous that he should remain at , home to-day,., but his ever .restless energetic disposition caused him [to neglect her advice, and thus unf or. tunately met his death. The cause of death wi 1 not be known until after the inquest, which will be hold this afternoon, but it may to fairly surmised that a-'fit seized upon the decease;! that in fallirig helpless tothe ground face downwards, he was partially if noj; wholly drowned,' ai the water is running over the .road a few inches deep, and wheniound his face was in the water.
