A eorrospondent sends us the following account of the first game of baseball ever played in Foxon, which took place on Saturday last. Not- I withstanding the short notice and ;! inclemency of the weather, a large number rolled up to take part in the game. Jl'S. McGifford, late se6re^ tary of tho Pacific Cub, Wellington, and W. J.
