At Hopekirk Church, Roxburghshire, Scotland, on the 19th .Tuno last, by the Rev. A. C. M'Phail, -assisted by thoßev. Geo. Watson, of Hownam, rind the Ttev. Dr Mair, of Southdean, James Lindsay Oliver, of Okaua, Foxton, N.Z., youngest son of the late George Oliver, of Borthaugh, solicitor and banker, Hawick, to Nellie, only surviving child of the late Peter Pennycook, of .Newhall and Lochlands.
