LONDON. Additional letters received by fc ir F. de Winter from H. M. Stanley reports him to be in deplorable condition- He is shoeless, and the clothing of himself and followers is absolutely in rags. His hair lias turned snow white. The privations of the party have been something terrible, and a large number of his men have died from starvation .
