Our sale at Awahuri on the 14th instant -was successful aB far as sale pf stock entered waß concerned, but the entries were small. We had larger entries at Marton on 21st, but the sale was duller, though we managed to , quit nearly »very live. Weqoote following rates :r— v Cattle,— Awibari, : fat cows, £4 ss;. t milkfers, £3 to £4 17s, 6d. Marton, fatt heifers, £3 38 to £3 7a 6a. : Sheep. — Awahuri, woolly lambs, 7s Id to 7a 6d ; shorn 5s 9cf ; ewes in lamb, 5s 6d. Marton, 2-tooth ewes in lamb, 8b lOd; mixed ages, 7s 6d to 8»; full-mouthed ; ewes, 5s to 5s 6d; woolley lambs, 6s 8d ; shorn, 5s 6d.i , y ' J
