LONDON. Queen Victoria, at presant sojourning at Biarritz, will meet Queeu Maria Christina of Spaiu at San Sebastian on the 27th iustant. Deposits in the Irish Banks are largely increasing. The Channel squadron has sailed for Tangun-s to support, tbe British demands respecting the cabli; question. Messrs William O'Brien and E. Harrington, M.P.'s, refused to be re leased from gaol (in order to prepare their defences of the charges against them before The Times-Parnell Com mission) on the conditions imposed on them, namely, that they refrain from taking any part in political agitation whilst they are free. FOREIGN The Czar has demanded from the Shah of Persia that Russia be granted the exclusive right to navigate the rivers debouching on the TransCaspian railway through Persia.
