Don Carlos, the well-known claimant of the Throne of Spain, who has been residing in France since the termination of the Spanish civil war, has been accused by the ' French Government of intriguing with the Legitimist party. Ayoub Khan has left his camp at Ferrah and crossed the frontier into Indian territory. He is noy at Hyderabad, in the province of Scinde.
